We suggest that you get to know Comporta, which is characterised by rice production, and visit our museum, which was once the factory where rice was husked, whitened and packaged, and learn about the whole process from “meadow to plate”.
Then enjoy a wine experience in the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve and visit our winery. Follow the entire production process and end the experience by tasting our wines… whites that express the sea and the land simultaneously, with acidity and minerality combined with structure and unctuousness on the palate, surprisingly fresh and elegant rosés, and reds that do justice to our forest, with ripe black fruit on the nose and elegance on the palate.
