Fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures between 15º and 16ºC. Around 20 per cent of the blend is fermented in barrels. Ageing on fine lees for 9 months.

Winemaker's Notes

Salmon-orange colour. It has a complex aroma, but without exaggeration. It has notes of wax, brioche and peach. On the palate, it’s unimposing, characterised by great harmony between acidity, intensity and sweetness.
