Fermentation took place in small, temperature-controlled lagares and the wine was bled by gravity. The wine was subjected to small, gentle interventions and was then aged in stainless steel and French oak barrels, followed by bottle ageing.
Winemaker's Notes
Garnet in colour, it is elegant with notes of spices, red fruits and orange blossom. The palate is full-bodied, fresh and the fruit notes are persistent.
