Fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures between 15º and 16ºC. Around 20 per cent of the blend is fermented in barrels. Ageing on fine lees for 9 months.
Winemaker's Notes
Lemon yellow in colour, with an exuberant nose showing intense notes of orange blossom, dill and cantaloupe, subtly accompanied by nuances of exotic wood and mocha. On the palate reveals a certain dryness, which gives it enormous gastronomic flavour and complexity.
