Fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures between 14º and 15ºC. Ageing on fine lees for 6 months.
Winemaker's Notes
Greenish yellow in colour, the nose shows tropical notes of passion fruit and lychee. There are also some floral and nectarine notes, typical of Alvarinho. The palate is vibrant and dense, with a long, intense finish.
